Return and exchange policy
For products supplied and distributed by COUSZ, customers are eligible for return or exchange when all the conditions below are fully met.
1. Cases eligible for return or exchange
COUSZ accepts product returns or exchanges in cases of manufacturer-related technical defects, including but not limited to:

Equipment that is cracked, damaged, dented, bent, or deformed during delivery.

UV curing machines, plasma machines, or UV meters that operate unstably during initial installation and trial operation.

Equipment experiencing overheating, overload, or abnormal behavior while being operated correctly according to instructions.
-
Incorrect design or technical specifications that do not match published documentation or signed contracts.
-
Products delivered with incorrect type or configuration compared to the confirmed purchase order.
Applicable period: within 07 days from the date COUSZ hands over the equipment to the customer.
2. Conditions for returned or exchanged products
Returned or exchanged products must meet the following requirements:

Original COUSZ or manufacturer seals remain intact.

The technical defect is verified by COUSZ’s technical department or the manufacturer.

The equipment includes all accessories, components, technical documents, warranty cards, and VAT invoices (if applicable).

No cosmetic damage caused by improper use, such as scratches, breakage, or deformation.
3. Return and exchange process
Customers are requested to:

Contact COUSZ via hotline or email to report the equipment condition.
-
Provide order information, defect description, and photos or videos (if available).
-
Send the equipment to the COUSZ technical center or visit the nearest showroom or branch (for nearby locations).
After inspection, COUSZ will propose one of the following solutions based on agreement:

Exchange for an equivalent product

Exchange for a different configuration
-
Refund
4. Return and exchange shipping costs

If the defect is caused by COUSZ or the manufacturer: COUSZ covers all two-way shipping costs.

If the issue is caused by the customer or due to a request to change to a different product: the customer bears all related shipping costs.
5. Refund conditions

The product remains unused, in original packaging, and meets all return conditions.

For orders paid via bank transfer, refunds will be processed within the agreed timeframe after COUSZ confirms the product is eligible.
