Mr. Vista Dao – Strategic Leader in UV Curing & Plasma Coating Technologies

With more than 12 years of experience in UV curing equipment, UV LED systems, Plasma surface treatment technologies, and UV performance measurement devices, Mr. Vista Dao leads the overall strategic direction of COUSZ. He has a strong technical background in optical engineering, mechatronics, and automation, and has been directly involved in the deployment of more than 500 projects for major manufacturing groups in electronics, optical components, printing, and packaging industries.

Key Roles & Achievements:

• Define strategic direction for UV LED and Plasma product lines in compliance with international standards.

• Develop and expand partner networks across China, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia.

• Lead the R&D team in upgrading next-generation UV LED curing machines with high energy efficiency and long-term durability.

• Establish high-precision quality control processes across the entire production system
