Shipping and inspection policy
This policy applies to all customers and partners purchasing products or using services provided by COUSZ, including UV curing machines, UV LED systems, plasma surface treatment machines, UV meters, and related industrial equipment.
1. Order confirmation
After customers complete an order via the website, email, or other official COUSZ channels, we will send an order confirmation email including detailed product information, technical configuration, and delivery terms. A COUSZ sales representative will then contact the customer directly to reconfirm the order and finalize all necessary details before shipment.
2. Delivery timeline
Hanoi inner city:
COUSZ supports same-day delivery for in-stock products with standard dimensions and suitable transportation conditions, within an approximate 15 km radius from the warehouse or showroom.
Suburban areas and other provinces:
Delivery time depends on the schedule of third-party carriers (logistics companies, freight services, road or inland waterway transport). The specific timeline will be mutually agreed upon by COUSZ and the customer and stated in the contract or order confirmation document.
3. Shipping costs and cargo insurance
Shipping fees are calculated based on actual quotations from transportation providers and will be communicated in advance for customer confirmation.
For high-value equipment such as industrial UV curing machines and plasma systems, customers are strongly recommended to purchase cargo insurance. In the event of transportation-related incidents, insured goods will be compensated based on the invoiced value at the time of delivery.
4. Delivery methods
COUSZ offers flexible delivery options, including:
-
Direct pickup at COUSZ warehouses or showrooms
-
Remote ordering with door-to-door delivery in areas near COUSZ branches
-
Shipping via third-party carriers designated by the customer or agreed upon by both parties
When delivery is handled by third-party carriers, responsibility for transportation risks will be governed by the agreed contractual terms.
5. Delivery time calculation
Delivery time is calculated from the moment COUSZ hands over the equipment to the carrier until the customer receives the complete shipment, excluding public holidays and non-working days as regulated.
6. Delayed delivery
In the event of delays beyond the planned schedule, COUSZ will proactively inform the customer of the reason and coordinate to adjust the delivery timeline accordingly. In force majeure cases such as natural disasters, fires, or epidemics, COUSZ kindly requests understanding and will make every effort to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
7. Product inspection before payment
Customers are entitled to inspect the equipment condition, quantity, type, and configuration before making payment. If any discrepancies or issues are found compared to the order, customers may refuse to accept the goods and will only be responsible for any incurred shipping costs (if applicable).
